• At Bateau Bay Bowl, we run leagues for people of all ages and abilities. Most of our leagues are handicapped, to allow beginner bowlers to compete with our more experienced bowlers, making it fair for everyone. We also have scratch leagues for the expert and more competitive bowlers. Leagues run every day at various times. Check the list below to see which leagues are good for you!! We also run a coaching program for all bowlers to help them to learn to bowl better and get much more enjoyment out of the sport. Check out the information on that too.       Bumper Leagues
 
Bumper Bowling is for the smaller children that are new to the sport and don't know how to bowl yet. Gutter stoppers, called bumpers, are placed in the gutters so the ball does not fall in. This results in more pins being hit and more fun for the little ones. Not only do the bumper leagues teach the children how to bowl, but they introduce them to competition bowling and help them interact with other children.
